We are an English mother (Michelle) and daughter(Leanne) team and since I (Leanne) too became a mummy to my 2 little girls we have been inspired to create unique wall art. We produce both hand draw art as well as Computer Digital art and word art.
♥ Leanne: Ever since I was a kid, I have loved drawing, coloring and making things out just about anything I could lay my hands on. I started out making for my own children as an alternative to mass produced children's art. While browsing the isles in various shops not ever finding what I really wanted I decided to design and make it myself.
♥ Michelle: I have always hand drawn gift for friends birthdays and special occasions. These gift were always well received. Leanne introduced me to digital art back in 2010 and I fell in love with it. With the computer anything is possible its like learning to draw all over again with all the excitement my creativity just blossomed! So that's why we created TheArtyApples.
What made Us open an Etsy shop Together?
Well we both have several friend who have fallen in love with Art we have made over the years especially popular was a Word art Family tree I (Leanne) made for my mum for Mother's day in 2010. We also designed the first Etsy Word Art Apple made for my daughters Preschool. These were the first 2 products in our original shop GenerationInpiration.
